Our instrument cataloguing service aims to make it easier for you to track your instruments and their condition, to help you to know when it is time to replace the instruments on your list, and ultimately assist in your budget plans over a number of years.
Music programs all over know the frustrations of sorting through their music library. It is a mundane and time-consuming task that rarely gets done. With our music library cataloguing service we do the hard work for you, allowing you to spend more time playing music than sorting it.
Instrument Cataloguing
- Each instrument will have their serial and model number documented, along with any barcode system your program uses.
- We would perform a full assessment, and provide a detailed condition, service history, and suspected lifespan for each instrument.
- Flexible with multiple cataloguing systems. We will use your preferred system.
Music Library Cataloguing
- We make sure each piece or book is correctly labelled and stored both physically and in your database.
- We will make sure each piece has all the parts in the correct order, and if any part is missing, it will be notified on the database for you to order the new part.
- We clean your music library, making it neat and easy to find what you need.
